filingaccount
This is quite good for us users. We can, in less than a second, find out how quick our speed is to youtube.com and how quick it has been historically. ISP's can not hide their abysmally slow speeds any longer. http://www.youtube.com/my_speed Use it, report to your ISP about it. MAKE them see how bad their service is compared to the rest of the world.
elcent
1.01 from the ISP 1.33 for Thailand 1.40 for Bangkok 2.91 global ... but increasing over one month period Edited February 12, 2010 by elcent
SurfRider
. This "test" has to be a joke -- Results from two tests below -- one dismal and the 2nd, beyond belief. I'm on a CAT 2 Mbps dedicated line that normally averages 1.7 Mbps -- the 2nd "test" claims 3.5 Mbps, which I've never seen CAT capable of. . Test this by loading a 7-10 minute youtube video that is loading slow. Let is load until the halfway mark. Close the browser, reboot, reconnect to the same video. It will load at very high speeds up until the previous loaded point, then slow down to the slow speed again.
