Under 300 kbps, resulting in frequent buffering.

On Maxnet 5 Mbps/1Mbps, Premier package.

It only happens on youtube video's not in Google's Thai cache servers, the ones that are cached come in at full line speed.

And only on international youtube. Regular downloads and speedtest is just fine, both domestic and international. Worst case speeds never drop under 1 Mbps.

Guess I should be happy...

My average is around 1000kbps using 3BB Premier 3Mb, no buffering
