When people are using Wifi in Starbucks are they using Truewifi?

Isn't it 400 thb for 1 hour which seems a little steep to me.

They are KSC hotspots, but share with Truewifi and several others. If you are a member of those you can connect with your password, but otherwise, I think you can buy cards at the counter for time usage, but more expensive.
