Best Pre-paid Internet Connection Options In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

What are the best Pre-Paid internet connection options in Bangkok? By "best" I was thinking of quality, speed and cost efficiency.

Buying a pre-paid True, DTAC or AIS sim card? with a USB dongle to plug into my laptop? or?

thanks!!

I use a AIS pre-paid sim card in my netbook. THB 100 (excluding tax) for 20h a month. You can get more hours but I use it only as a fall back if no wifi is available. At the time I was looking at the various options, about 6 months ago, this was about the best I could find.

Coverage too is very good. I have used it waiting for the bus in Poipet in Cambodia, riding on the train from Ubon and sitting on the Mekong in Vientianne.

HTH.
