Can you buy an extra one for me? :) I've been looking into SSDs for a while now for a potential system upgrade but the E class is a bit out of my budget range.

In case you haven't read these reviews:

Would the maximum write cycles SSD's have not be a worry?

I know it is a moot point on regular PC's, due to the fact they are more idle then actually working during any 24 hour day (resulting in 20+ years life expectancy), but running a high volume database on them 24/7 creates a whole different usage pattern!

Better answer it myself after reading some articles :)

Apparently the lifetime is much less of an issue with the single level cell flash memory (probably why it's so bleeding expensive!), compared to the consumer ssd's which use multi level cell memory...

Can the whole of Thaivisa really fit on 2 x 64 GB of disk space?

I know nothing about servers, so sorry if it is a stupid question.

Easily. Server HDs need to be fast for the most part, unless you're YouTube you don't have high storage requirements.

The E class of SSDs is for server use, should work very well indeed. I have an X-25M, it's very fast, and very good.
