Ricci Posted February 21, 2010 Share Posted February 21, 2010 (edited) I have a 3 M/bit landline with TOT (near Buriram). Everything was fine since July last year. While downloading files from my rapidshare account i had an average download speed of 350 kilobyte/second. Since 3 days i barely can get 50 kilobyte per second. Anyone else with the same problem? I am running Win 7 and haven't installed anything new. No setttings has been changed. An my computer is absolutely virus free. Any ideas?
