Dell Computers On Line

I notice the Dell Thai web site just sells old stuff, is it possible to buy from elsewhere and ship to Thailand?

Looking for a large screen 16 or 17 inch high end laptop, doesn't have to be a Dell, but not keen on the stuff in Thai shopping malls from Acer and HP that looks to colorful and trendy for work related stuff.

I noticed the same thing too, have been looking into buying a Dell Alienware M11X, used the Global site to configure it, not sure about the Singaporean site.

If you want to buy Dell in Thailand from Dell themselves, you should use the Malaysian website.

All Dell products that are sold in Thai shops are from Malaysia. The Dell distributors in Thailand make bulk orders with fixed specs from Malaysia, so that's why you have a limited choice of specs for the models available in Thai shops.

The Alienware M11x is available from the Thailand distributors, it is listed as having the following specs:

Intel Pentium SU7300 / Ram 2 GB DDR3 RAM / HDD500 GB / 11.6" WLED/ Graphic Card 1 GB GDDR3 NVIDIA

GeForce GT 335M / Win 7 Premium / Inter Wireless 5300 Bluetooth 2.1/ Webcam1.3 MP/ 1Year onsite service/ McAfee

30 day / Battery 8 cell / Media card Reader 3 in 1/ HDMI / USB 2.0 x 3 ,1 x VGA, 1 headphone jacks, 1 Mic jack + Free

Ext ODD USB + Belkin-Alienware Case& Alienware Mouse
