^{I am an Indian National having my Work permit here. Can anybody tell me what is the law if I want to travel out of Thailand on vacations with my 1 year old son. I just got him an Individual Passport from the Indian Embessey but it has no stamps or VISA.}

As I understand it with 2 sons of my own who were both born here but neither being Thai, minors can travel without the need for a visa when with their parents.. He'll get his visa upon reentry but it will ride yours and it is not necessary for you to report for him like for yourself.

*edit* Though you'll probably need to have a disembarkation permit for him though..

Are you on one year extensions of stay or just 90 day visa entries (making a border trip every 90 days)? Work permit does not answer that as it could be either.

Children need their own visa. When exiting Thailand with a foreign child born in Thailand bring the birth certificate, which shows why the child has no entry stamp.
