Anyone looking for the new office of Immigration in Mukdahan can find it near the Thai/Laos bridge. To get to it by road you have to go in towards the bridge then do a u-turn and come out again. Then take the red dirt track on the left just after exiting the gate. The building (red tile roof) can be seen further down the track. The old office down by the indochine market is now closed. Hope this helps
