Who often is it recomended to run a cleaning system like Glary utilities or Advanced system care. "Any thoughts"

Once/day/week/month depend on how you use your system. No explicit rules.

I just renewed my subscription to Advanced System Care Pro. I did spend a lot of time looking at other system care programs and couldn't find anything that looked better. How good is it? I really don't know if there is any other program that is better. Since my computer runs smoothly, it apparently is doing the job. Since I am using the free Microsoft Security Essentials and the standard Windows firewall, I decided to renew my subscription for the added protection.
