I'm trying to cut weight and my diet calls for things like "6oz of chicken", "4oz of cashews" etc. Where can I buy a scale to weigh my food? I've tried Rimping and Tesco so far with no luck. Or down the Chiang Mai- Lamphun rd opposite Miguels restaurant (can't remember the name), both catering suppliers, should suit your purpose. There are so many of these shops around. Just look for any kitchen equipment stuff like mixers, grills, processors etc. A lot of these shops are open air type places.
