How to change to English,i have been looking everywhere but just can't seem to switch it on my pc,anybody know how?

Usually you just need to hit the "Tilde" " ~ " key on your keyboard - top row, left.

Some systems you need to hit the "caran" " ^ " on the number 6 key on the keyboard.

Thanks for the reply,sorry i have worded my question a little wrong.

My whole page is in Thai and i need to save some documents from this but my understanding of thai is not good enough ...everything from file tabs is in thai ,i want to change it all back to english.

I know the tilde and caran key fuctions change what i type but i need the whole page formatted to english first!!! help!

Anyone?
