my advice to myself and others:

sometimes if something is not working perfectly,

live with it or fix it yourself

if you insist they fix it

it might be worse off than before

that is what happened to me

long story

about a new extra water pump installed

some of it is posted here

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/Water-Pressu....html&st=25

didnt get any response from my latest posts

if you are the helpful type, read the last 2 posts

i know the issues are relatively small and silly

but i would like to stay and get on well

and have PEACE OF MIND

lately she turns on new water pump

and i turn off the new water pump because of the noise

have been a bit at wits end :)

If my thoughts to your prob is correct and your pump is in line, which means the water from the lower pump must pass through the upper pump then yes the upper pump if not energised could stop the flow. If you don't want the upper pump "on" you must Tee into the pipe work before and after your pump with a stop cock at the "in" side of your pump so the water from the lower pump travels around the upper pump when you close off the water to your pump.

muchos gracias amigo

ok then this might do the trick:

anyone know a good plumber in pattaya who speaks english???

that would solve the problem
