Vitamins And Supplements Shipped To Thailand

Hi,

Has anyone ever ordered vitamins and supplements from iHerb.com or other online retailers and had them shipped to Bangkok? What about Customs duty? Or any other problems.

iherb website, at least when I last tried, won't ship to Thailand and a phone call to them produced a blanket refusal.

Finding a supplier who will may be a problem. In that case have shipped to someone else and remailed to you. Hand addressed parcels come through more4 easily anyhow.

As long as nothing in it is a controlled or banned substance and the quantities are not so large as to give the impression it is import for sale (for which you would ned a license) you won't face a legal issue but customs delays can occur if the labelling is not clear to them. Should clealry lable as "nutritional supplement for personal use". They may or may not levy a duty on the dectlared value.
