I have an unlocked Iphone 3GS I got in the states and have been using in China. I've read a lot a bad things about the Thai 3G network online, but all the articles/posts I read were from last year. So my questions are: 1. Can I access a 3G network in Chumphon? Who offers it? 2. If there is no 3G network, does anyone know when there will be one? 3. How do cell phones work in Thailand?
