Houses In Phuket Town

Recommended Posts

Checking online, I see lots of upper range apartments and houses for rent in Phuket but not a lot of low- to mid-range listings. I'm not surprised, but I'm wondering what an average 2 - 3 bedroom house in Phuket town (north side preferably) would cost.

Can any one please shed some light?

All input greatly appreciated!

8000-15,000 baht a month for a middle class (by Thai standards) house. At one end of the spectrum, some cheap single bedrooms duplexes, almost like an apartment without even a sink in the kitchen can be gotten for as little as 3000 baht a month. Crackerbox apartments and studio's for even less than that. A nice western type house can rent for around 50-60,000 baht a month. Price goes up to pretty much anything from there.

Phuket Villa projects, typically 8-15k baht for 2-3 bedroom/1-2 bath houses. These guys dont list with expensive agents, drive around and look for signs. Bring someone speaking thai, since most owners speak thai only
