From a fellow living here, I heard a court employee knocked on his door on a saturday morning. the lady was wearing motorcycle gloves and spoke little english. Seems she works for the Thai Courts and acts like a bailiff or messenger? Just wondering as collecting debts seems to be a never ending story in LOS and elsewhere.
