Hong Kong Trip Coming Up

Featured Replies

As the title says plus a little bit more.

Have a trip to HK in May and will be taking the opportunity to do a little shopping.

I fancy a new phone as my old slider is well.......old.

Has anyone bought or got any recommendations for a nice phone, not worried about the brand, can even be a clone.

Would like 3g and wireless and dual sim.

Also any recommendations on where to buy, we will be staying in Kowloon, right next to Nathan Road and Temple Street Markets.

Thanks for reading, Andy.

Go to Chungking Mansion, next to HolidayInn,the only place, where you can change your money - you have to go upstairs, there you will find whole sale mobile phone bazaar;you

have to play little game - that you are trader, you want a sample to show to your Nigerian friends(they buy in 1000s).You will be overhelmed by choice. Not only knock-offs,but

original brands, which are over-runs from factories(half price).Better do not buy i-phone copy unless somebody recommends you good Q model, most are not worth 50$,which you will pay.

if you buy chinese model - get spare batteries, because they are not standard and they do not last long.
