Can people please help me out. I'm starting to suspect True's filtering technology is hampering my connection.

Can people please ping 203.116.28.4 and paste their results. Also The ISP and What package you are on would be helpful. I'm on True 1m/5m basic service.

I'm getting 249ms on the nose for the ip's in question. During a trace, my ping times are very low, in the 20's - but as soon as i hit "trueinternetgateway.com" they uniformly increase.
