I've been living there many times and I haven't found any problems. It's only 11000฿/month. It's very easy to walk to BTS Nana. For me, I think Rajah mansion is good. I got to use internet free at the lobby or I paid 300฿/week for internet connection in my room. It's very cheap and I have more money to spend with myself than to spend with room rental.
