As far as AUD/THB is concerned, the same issues exist today that existed yesterday, the only slight upside is global market momentum has increased. The old saying is, markets up, currency down, and vica versa. That means that when interest rates fall, investors move out of low risk assets, into higher risk equities and bonds. AUD is not really in that game since its only movement will result from market momentum, ie, the entire market moves. -

Great explanation why low carb helps with weight loss ... ... short answer @ 1:48 of vid ... you keep insulin low, by low intake of sugar, short or long, simple or compound, sugar, carbs, starches. Call them what you want. Good explanation on what intermittent fasting can or can't do. It still all comes down to what, when & how you eat. Fasting, with a bit of will power, will simply close that window of indulging. Still need to adjust your intake. -

Donald Trump has shown us who he is, in both his words and actions, and now it is up to us to 'believe him the first time'. It's that simple. It's all there for anyone to see and process and, no, I will not be wasting my time putting it all down here because it will, indeed, be a complete waste of time. Trumpets don't want to believe the real him the first time--or, any time for that matter. I will say my 'first time' was when Trump arrogantly stated: 'I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose any voters.' I was, and still am, incredulous that someone could make such a statement. He was certainly showing me who he was--arrogant, deeply flawed, dangerously egotistical, with no respect for the law and, indeed, saw himself as above the law. Taking Maya Angelou to heart, I believed him the first time--and have not been proved wrong. He ended his presidential term ranked the worst in history, and rightly so, culminating in his illegal efforts to overturn the election. At 78 and with nothing to lose, he is even more dangerous this time around.- 1

thank you again. So, it seems like I could buy the re-entry permit more than once if needed, based on the validity you described. To clarify, is time slot needed to apply for the 12 month extension 3-4 weeks towards the end of your non-0 90-days? And that is when you would receive a home visit if one happens? We may choose not to stay in Bangkok so I'll have to figure that out also. Bank account: no agent, no COR, no insurance purchase. I went in with my wife who has an account there and who needed to change her phone number in person in order to use their app, (a very tedious process as well). While we were there I asked what was needed to open an account and explained that I needed to open a bank account to deposit 400k to convert to a non-O visa. He requested, original marriage certificate, and the other marriage document K2 K3?, her ID, copy of tabian ban, My passport and another form of ID- (used my US driver license, and a copy of our signed lease. He wanted a 12 month lease, but was satisfied with a month long lease that had wording in it that it was extendable aka month-to-month. He also said that you need to have more than 30 days validity left on your permission stamp. Now that we are getting 60 days VE, it is easy to meet that condition. No mention of Certificate of residence. No mention of additional letter from the embassy. When I asked about opening an account when we were visiting in 2022, they said a letter was needed and showed me a copy of one. I think it was just an document saying that you are who you say you are. Went back the next day with requested documents, went straight to his desk and didn't have to queue, and took care of in less than an hour. I would expect people to have to wait quite a while there in general though. I overheard some officers saying that there are many people from Taiwan and Myanmar opening accounts to purchase property at this time. -

I should assume very few thai tour guides speak the language of let's say indian or chineese tourists so normally you would have 1 local ( thai) 1 indian or chineese from the group being relayed in English to pass on to group. After a few rounds the chineese tour guide has all info needed and let the conflict begin. Wrong shops are getting tourists money and bang let the fun begin -
