I noticed a few times during some red shirt parade in Bangkok that they play one or two specific "red shirt songs", kind of rock and actually quite listenable.

Anyone got an idea what is the name of that song/songs and if they can be downloaded from somewhere?

You are likely thinking about Kwam-Jing-Wan-Nee. It's the Truth Today theme song from DTV and PTV. You can search for it on Youtube but I've never seen a MP3 download or anything.
