If there are free Tourist visa again, are they available at all consularsections or limited?

Beginning of the month, 1. April I think, was no free Tourist visa at the Thai embassy in PP for a Cambodian citicen.

Would I get now a free Tourist visa in Vientiane?

The order to Consulates has not been given so they all are still charging.

Not to understand that Thai officials talk about something what is month later still not in place and available, confusing the Farang even more in that already complicated times in Thailand.

This is incorrect. The Foreign Ministry still hasn't instructed the embassies and consulates to give free tourist visas. So for now you still have to pay for them.

Some honorary consulates will probably indeed impose a admin. charge, as their income depends on the visas they issue. Free visas means no income for them.
