April 25, 201015 yr We all know the term of a Condo Committee is 2 years - my Condo Committee is due for re-election later this year but the Chairman is trying to extend by 6 months without an election under the 'no meeting held' rule which allows for the Committee to carry on under an 'acting basis'. Surely this is gainst the law? he is actually 'planning' to not hold an election and carry on. Any advice?
