As the PM said, clearing out Ratchaprasang is going to involve a lot of time. At six weeks and counting, it seems long time means much longer than has already transpired. The reds may as well get comfortable and find something other to do than shout, drink and dance.

Raising livestock, like pigs and chickens, could not only help them save the money they're earning and maybe make a few extra baht on the side. They can have fresh pork and chicken, and sell off the rest at local markets.

When the yellows rise up to try to get rid of them, they can then say the evil yellows are taking food from their children's mouths etc. Laws against livestock in the city? Yeah, right, and there are laws against brandishing weapons, disruption of order, etc. Or are there?
