Its a pink gel, used to keep the oral musosa moist.

Literally น้ำลาบเทียม

Literally น้ำลาบเทียม

ลาบ is a dish from Isaan, so i think you hit the wrong key on the keyboard there. That would change your translation to น้ำลายเทียม

Unable to send by sms in Thai script. Need pronunciation please.

Actually it comes in 3 forms, spray, lozenge & gel. Looking for the spray.

I don’t know the Thai words for “artificial saliva” but I can give you the attached information about a product sold in Thailand.

Glandosane.pdf

If the pharmacy does not stock it, they can order it from the distributor.

Thank you very much guys, that is very helpful.

Saliva production glands have stopped due to radiology.

For spray, you'd want

กระบอกฉีด (the device that does the spraying)

ฉีด or สเปรย์ (verb for spray)

Just say 'sa-pray' and they'll probably understand.

It is amazing what you learn from TV. Occasionally there are little gems like this. On my way home from work I will try to pick up a bottle of Glandosane. My wife is suffering somewhat from dryness of the oral mucosa as a result of radiotherapy so this may help.
