Finishing up soon with True Visions. Will they want the decoder and dish returned or only the decoder?

The 4,000 deposit I paid eight years ago.......How much of that will they return to me?

Woo they ripped you up for eight years and probably will also not give you all 4000bth. I hope you have the receipts, otherwise they may only say you paid 2000 bth which is today’s normal deposited

We were told the same 45 day thing when we turned-in one IRD/settop box. After monthly visits to the local TrueVisions Service Center by the Thai wife and me starting at the 60 day point asking True, "Where is the refund", we finally got a credit to our account at approx the 6 month point from turn-in of the box. Hopefully, your luck will be better and a check will show up at the 45 day point.

I just got my pink credit memo for 2,000. Brought it to the bank and they could not cash it. Now off to the True office at Central to see if they can cash it.

"Pink Credit memo?" And the bank would not cash it. Sounds like it's not a check/refund; maybe just a credit coupon for future True services?

I paid 4,000 deposit about 8 years ago. Don't tell me they're going to give me a Pink Credit Memo too and not the money back. If my enquiries suggest that that will be the case then the decoder box will unfortunately be good for nothing when I return it.

If you don't pay your subscription how long before they cut you off and come and collect the equipment?

If they don't want to give you back your deposit then you've just got to get something in return ...no?
