Hello,

I currently access my hotmail account through microdsoft outlook, it been working fine for ages.

However this morning when i tried to open outlook it said i need to download the outlook connector upgrade to access my hotmail, i clicked on all the correct boxes to do the download and restarted the computer and then re openend outlook.

Now everytime i open outlook its saying for me to upgrade outlook connector again, i have upgraded it many times now but still keep getting the same message, also i am unable to log on to my hotmail account through outlook now.

Has anyone else had this problem with the outlook connector upgrade, anyone have any suggestions.

I had this same problem. For me I had to delet the conector form the system and start again. update to out look need to be up to date and then reinstall the connector program. As i said this worked for me.
