New Tot Adsl Account

Featured Replies

I connected the new modem (Allied Data CJ8M0 E-U), followed the quickstart instructions, and it said I was connected at 10mb, but I couldn't get anything. It said a connection was unplugged, but it wasn't.

I tried ethernet and usb, but got the same result.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

i had the same problems, it seemed it took a few days to get connected at the main exchange. i took a whole weekend messing around trying to figure it out, monday morning around 9 i was connected.

I had the same problem. They took a week for them to get my connection finally working - it started last night to work properly.

Keep calling and visiting them... they finally flipped some port and now it works. Good luck.

Thank you both.

TOT eventually sent two men round, and after about half an hour they got it to work. It only took three days - not bad for Thailand.
