Someone else that have Gmail for your emails? Not the Thaivisa one.

I have had problems for weeks. It has been slow, sometime cannot connect but now for 48 hours I cannot connect at all.

Someone else with same problem?

Not to the extent that you're having, but yes, it's been slow. Gmail has been timing out sporadically. I see the new ones as they come through in a little widget; then I'll go to get them, and they are not there.

For the most part, they've been shuffled off to Thunderbird with my old email address. But I know that there are a few that went to computer heaven without the benefit of a spiritual sendoff

I use ToT 4mb/s in Issan, quite a ways back from the node.

I'm having no problems with Gmail at all.

Everything is working fine.

What do you mean, you cannot connect?

Can you get to the log in page and no further or not even that?

Maybe you could try putting Gmail in the search engine and connect that way?

I having no problem with Gmail, whether I'm logging on directly via the web or using their POP. I use TOT 4Mb internet package.

Yes, what do you mean exactly? Do you get the login page? Can you login and then the page never loads?

Also, can you connect to other google related stuff?

Have you tried using another browser? Have you tried going to an internet cafe and trying a different ISP?

One solution is to access Gmail with POP or IMAP access. I never actually visit their website.

I use Gmail for all accounts and not having any issue at all. But I found months ago that Chrome works much better than FF for such access so keep one page of Chrome open on Gmail all the time and use FF for other activities.

I am using Gmail with IMAP with Thunderbird. Works like charm. Never got used to Webmail, and I cant see any reason why I should.

I use gmail via the iGoogle desktop and it works perfect and not had any of the issues mentioned above. Open this link in your browser and see how you get on http://www.google.com/ig Just use your gmail account details to login.
