May 11, 201016 yr was wondering if anyone has ever experienced the denial of visa and withholding and non refund of visa fee. It states on the form tthat they dont have to refund the fee. that would REALLY suck for the $175 one year visa.

Going to study in thailand then teach - trying to decide on the best visa to get. yes, thai consulate in US (LA), usually pretty generous actually. have acceptance letter from school but course is for 1+ month.
