I'm trying to find a source for Perspex - UK readers will know what I mean, but it's clear plastic sheeting about 2-3 mm thick.

I don't want a lot - just a piece to block the rain from coming in through the open side of our kitchen above the electrical sockets - about 40cm by 100 cm

Any ideas peeps? :)

Try the likely places : Home-Pro or a sign makers shop.

Thanks for the ideas - I've looked n Home Pro but will try sign-maker's shops.

RE your enquiry about 'perspex sheeting'. I think that you will find there is a shop on Soi 47/1 just before you get to 'Rinya Graphics' that has what you are looking for. I had some small signs made by 'Rinya' about 8x6 inches and the transfers were mounted on perspex which is about 3 or 4mm thick. If you don't find the shop then ask Rinya who supplies them.

Thanks for that info and sorry to be a while responding as I've been away for a few days.

Soi 47/1 is so close to where I live (soi 56)!

I'll check it out tomorrow. Thanks

:jap:Thanks folks - I managed to sort something out courtesy of CheshireMusicman.

Hi 'clifric'. I'd be interested to know exactly where you managed to obtain the perspex sheet, was it on the street that I suggested and what does it cost per sq metre?
