Advise On Liver Doctor (hepatologist)

Hi. I am suffering from some mild liver disfunction and have had blood work and an ultrasound. I have been given a choice of the following two doctors and was wondering if anyone has had experience with either one of them.

1. Dr. Jirasit Thawornbut - Bangkok (Phuket) Hospital, Phuket

2. Dr. Teerha Piratvisuth - NKC Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Prince of Sonkla University Hospital, Songkla, Hat Yai

Any relevant comments appreciated, thanks in advance.

Dr. Teerha is a senior Professor at Prince of Songkhla Medical School. He trained in the UK & US and is internationally recognised as an expert in his field. You'd be hard put to do better.

Thank-you Sheryl we did know this but are looking for someone with personal experience with either of the aforementioned MDs. Our previous encounters with "experts in their field" has lead us to believe that experts are not always the best practitioners in their fields.
