BANGKOK: Police arrested a suspected serial rapist found in possession of nine ID cards belonging to women aged 18-29, several items of women's clothing and two packets of sleeping pills during a routine vehicle check in Din Daeng on Tuesday night.

The suspect reportedly admitted to police he had drugged and raped the owners of the ID cards over an unspecified period of time.

However, police said the suspect could only be charged with possessing the sleeping pills without a prescription because his victims were unwilling to assist in their inquiries.

I don't understand, at the time authorities are talking about DNA plan, why don't they used it for this case, that could have been done, without the need from the women to be known by the media-audience.

Francois it was only rape for goodness sake. It isn't as if he stole toll gate money where you get 45 years, or lie about assets and become PM. Or chopped up your wife and takes a father to get the police to do anything...be reasonable man.
