Strange Sms From 'thaiarmy'

Featured Replies

I just got this SMS on my phone a few minutes ago, usually its spam but this time its a bit odd.

The sender is 'ThaiArmy'

message:

My guess is:

"The Royal Thai Army invites you to watch the documentary of your Majesty the King, 'Following in the steps of the King,' on ททบ channel 5, 29th of May, at 23:15."

Did I get that right? Anyone know who really sent this or why?

(I was originally going to ask for translation help, but after burning a few brain cells I think I got it. I'm leaving this in case others wanted to know)

Probably legit.

Propaganda by text, that's a new one though.
