@KhunHeineken Only 'luck' involved, with me & TH, is my wife, besides trustworthy, she a quick learner, and savvy investor. Without her finding land deals, since on Thai sites, we probably would have made less profit selling house #2. Except for the 4 local land lots, bought after present house build, we paid 'land office accessed' prices for the 6 lots in Udon, and the lot the house sits on now. Motivated seller in Udon, and back sale on house lot. 4 lots after, were still below 'market' price, but way more than the bank lot purchase of 76k vs 250k & 350k (3). Only bought, because I don't want neighbors. I'd buy the rest (4), on the soi if available. From watching me maintain first house, and working with builder on 2nd & 3rd house, she could literally build, supervise a crew on building a house, start to finish. Actually do all the work herself, without a crew, except electic, as scares the sh!t out of her. Cement, block, welding, roofing, plumbing ... yea, same as me, jack of all trades. I rehabbed houses in USA, and a couple of my jobs were construction related. Amazing woman ❤️
