You can get Pharmaceutical/laboratory grade on Suthep Road at a little supply store. its the one near the hospital on Suthep and Sirimangkhlachan Rd intersection. The shop is on the other side of the south side of Suthep and has a lot of glass ware for chemistry. If your after Borax with more impurities for pest control, agriculture, cleaning etc. There is another shop on the same side of Suthep road but another few hundred meters toward the university. If they don't have it they can usually order it and get it delivered from BKK in a few days. They can get laboratory grade H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide) by order also.
