Driving to Poipet Cambodia border crossing June 12th Saturday for Non-Imm "0" multiple entry 90 day renewal. I have never used Cambodia for visa run before. Understand I need $20 USA or 1.000 Thai baht and one passport picture. Anyone have any tips or information I should be aware of concerning Cambodia immigration.?

The best advice is keep your money safe,i also think you will find they will not except 20 dollars obviously because of the huge difference to them in Baht,but i am not sure as to that of late?

Take a break in the Grand Diamond hotel for a bit at least you can get some air-con and a drink in there,when you come outside of the hotel the entry stamp box is about 50 metres away on the same side of the road .....after you have got your entry into Cambodia cross the road and go to the exit box..you will see the people queing get your exit stamp.

Then march straight back up the road to Thailand and get your entry stamp back into here.

The Gran Diamond hotel is the first hotel you come to on the same side of the street after you get your visa ok,when getting your visa only give the 1000 bt stand firm dont let them do anything or offer anything for you,they will get your visa and walk away ,do not give more money to anyone
