This is the least hot Songkran I ever remember......And a bit rainy too...
Not that many years ago during Pattaya's "Wun lai" on the 19th every one was out playing with water till about midday when the heavens opened and very heavy rain for more than an hour (if remember correctly) caused flooding,most of the water throwers gave up and went home..mother nature beat them at their own game. -
