I will soon be heading back to England where I plan to apply for my second non immigration type O 12 month visa.

I currently have this type of visa and it is due to expire soon.

Has anything changed in the last 12 months?

Where is the best place to apply for it in the UK?

Any tips or changes I should be aware of?

On what basis do you have such a visa? That makes a huge difference in what advise you receive. If only to visit a friend I suspect Hull is likely the only option and they now seem to require details of person you will be visiting.

I got my current one with the reason of visiting my farang girlfriend who lives out here.

That will be the same reason again.
