Water On The Knee.

Featured Replies

Can someone please tell me what the Thai for "Water on the knee" is? TIA

The best I can find from searching the web is "หัวเข่าบวม" Hua Khao buam meaning only "swollen knee", nothing about water. But the sites talk about draining the fluid from the knee, so it appears that they are talking about the same condition, just described more generally.

If you look up water on the knee on the web, most sites, ironically, talk about Thai massage as being the preferred therapy.

Hope this helps. Others may have a more exact translation

Thankyou, I've also had น้ำในเข่า ( Nham Nai Khao). I'll try both on him/her. I've had one doctor insisting it's gout. Well it's been 3 months, and all I've got so far for it is pain and a low white cell count. :)
