Upgrade 3G To Ios4

Featured Replies

Yes, I upgraded Tuesday or whenever it was released and GOD it was slow! I downgraded to 3.1.3 again and now I'm happy hehe, although I can't use some of my favorite apps now x-x

I upgraded my 3G at the weekend and have noticed it is intermittently slow. Most of the time it is fine though.

I have held off on upgrading....what are the immediate benefits of doing so? (I am using a 3G).

Hi

Everything is slow and some app freeze when using it, camera very slow when upgrade to ios 4, so why do it

Some apple fans here will tell you there is no problem with anything from apple so up to you

There are really no immediate benefits for us using the 3G. You get some things like being able to put groups of apps in one place on your homescreen (which is a hassle for us with the 3G because it's slow), multitasking (slow also for us with 3G), and you can only use certain apps with ios 4. To be honest I wouldn't upgrade if you have 3G, it's too slow =(

If you used a jailbreak on your ios4 upgrade on a 3G, you might have included multitasking. The wimpy 3G hardware can't handle it. You are able to remove multitasking if you run the JB utility again. It worked for me. No my 3G runs great on ios4.
