I have a double entry tourist visa. It says ENTER BEFORE JULY 6.

If I go out of the country and come back on July 5 I will be okay. I'll get another two months.

But how about if I go to Cambodia and back on July 6? Will I get another two months or just 15 days

It is invalid on the 6th so it is up to the Immigration officer but you would likely not be provided a tourist visa 60 day stay.

I just telephoned you-know-who's golf and the lady said that going to Cambodia and back on July 6 (ie, Tuesday) will be okay. She said I'll get 60 days.

I asked her about a million times and she kept saying "yes mister; 100%; sure".

Yep. Went there and back today. No problems. Got 60 days.
