A strong interest in the internet is essential as well as the ability to use the usual MS Office applications. JOB SUMMARY:

As a key member of the Management team, this position is responsible for supportingthe Operations Manager and Technical Director in all aspects of the day to dayrunning of the office. You will also be required to supervise our Filipino teamand provide support and guidance when necessary.

ORGANISATIONAL STATUS:

This position reports to the Operations Manager and works with all technical staff.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring technical specifications are adhered to and meet objectives
• Support Operations Manager in the day to day running of a busy office
• Quality Control of work carried out by local staff
• Assists the OM with Planning, implementation and supporting office and company objectives
• Managing small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Basic:

Native English speaker with high level of literacy and numeracy

Education:

Degree Level Education preferred but enthusiasm and character more important than formal qualifications

Experience:

Experience is not essential. Smart Traffic will train and develop the career orientated individual in order for them to play a vital role in Smart Traffic's ongoing projects.

Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Applications and the Internet
• Must be enthusiastic and career minded
• Ability to supervise and relate to local workforce
• Orientation and training of new staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects,activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of support staff.
• Facilitation and change management skills.
• Highly developed verbal and written communications.
