Dear Mr and Ms,

i am analysis the possibility for an investment in the sailingtourism for an investor.

For this project, a sailingboat would be imported to thailand and registered in a company.

I have read, that different legal issues are coming up when owning a vessel and register it in a company. Therefor i need to know, if that project is possible in general to avoid risks for the Investor and which are the best way to do so.

Could it be a option to register the boat in malaysia?

Where do i get informations about the running costs and necessary register for the government.
