ThePunPun
That is NOT a burger btw. :DWhen , if you should ever become a proud parent, you can name you baby whatever you want..... Tom, Dick, Harry, what ever you desire... Even if its a girl. In any event its still a baby...... Babies come in many shapes, some short , some tall, some small , some big,..... thery are still a baby. ..... so there .... Now that I have said that, I willl somewhat agree with you...... its not a burger,,,,,,,,, its a magnificient , marvelllllloooous, multi burger, ranch style, meaning that its all on one lever, rather than multi story. Also it has been renamed.......to "The Wonderours Whopper Whupper " . Welcome to the world of different shape burgers.. Time moves on.... when you eat several of these, you spread outward, not upward.... ps .... of course there is always the ".he Bombastic Burger Sub " onward and outward... may Gonzo's god of gas be with you

eek
Have ya got veggie burgers per chance? Edit: Actually, i imagine most places use the same griddle. Thats why i dont eat veggie burgers at general burger places. Some may call it fussy, but for me i just cannot eat vegetarian food that has been cooked along side meat. Same with people who think i want to eat some onion or something thats sitting on top of a piece of meat..lol..dont people get it? It was really delicious Just part of our " Fun with Food Section ..... Edited July 18, 2010 by ThePunPun

Ricardo
Who needs a bouncer, when you've got a riverside-location, just extend a plank of wood over the water (pirate-ship style) and tether a plastic-crocodile in the water at the plank's end ! blakegeee
Oh ok, the forum sponsor thing also made me think Dukes. So does the Pun Pun's guesthouse do a good regular burger too? If so, how much is it with fries/chips of course? And are the fat or skinny shoestring fries? I know there are already a million burget threads going but I am still always interested in another good burger for a reasonable price!

el jefe
The Boulud Burger with short ribs and black truffles at DB Bistro Moderne/NYC is now $32 and worth every penny. What's up with asking for a free burger if you can eat it within an hour? Eating contests are about eating a lot and eating fast. The Nathan's hotdog eating contest is over in 15 minutes (it takes over 50 hotdogs to win). Not that I'll complain about getting a free leisurely meal. If you can cook my burger rare to medium-rare, make it as big as you want -- how about a kilo? Feel free to put plenty of onions on too, greasy or not.

el jefe..... give me your suggestion.... on how long it should take an individual to eat a ' Whopper Whipper ' in an eating contest...... I am giving this some serious thought if there would be any interest out there ...... also any rules you may think appropriate Would like it to be fair to both sides and would really like someone to work extra hard and be able to win I've watched the Nathan's hotdog eating contest and have participated in chicken wings and pizza eating contests. All contests are set up as to how many __x__ you can eat in a specific (short) period of time, not how fast someone can eat one, even if one of yours is four 1/4 pound burgers. (btw, it shouldn't take more than 3 minutes to eat the Whopper Whipper including the bun.) I'll probably stop by sometime this week for dinner if you want to talk about the rules for your Whopper Whipper Eating Contest. Gonzo, you do know that the first prize in the Nathan's Hotdog Eating Contest is something like 800,000 baht, don't you?

Why of course I knew that, and feel it only right that ThePun Pun should do something comparable , size for size.......Why in our first year we may even go as high as 100 baht...... [minus any alka seltzer consumed of course ] and come to think of it,, now that CM is the second best city of the world, we may have to go as high as 150 B Edited July 18, 2010 by ThePunPun

sabaijai
$150 Burger from Chef Daniel Bolud`s DB Bistro Moderne/NYC. Composed of an exterior of ground sirloin with a filling of boned short ribs braised in red wine, foie gras, black truffle and a mirepoix of root vegetables. The homemade bun is topped with toasted parmesan and layered with fresh horseradish mayonnaise, tomato confit, fresh tomato and frisée lettuce. The burger prescriptivists ain't gonna like it, but it sounds delicious. Unfortunately it's way out of my price bracket.
