Is it possible to change my 15 visa exempt entry to the Kingdom into a Non-B so my company can get me a work permit ? They will provide all the paperwork and someone to aid me.

I know they go to immigration and do it for people on tourist visas.

You can try but old rule was more than 21 days remaining on permitted to stay to qualify. Several recent reports say it may be down to 7 or 10 days but there is no firm confirmation on that.
