Hi Folks,

The wife and I are planning on having a house built early next year. We have an idea what we want, however we still have not found an architect. So if anybody can recommend an architect in Bangkok, preferably in the Thonburi area. I would be grateful for any info.

most thai builders wouldnt know how to read drawings, look at my topic ( my isaan house part 1-2-3-4 ) i drew the type of house i wanted , with measurements for the windows etc they got the idea. if it were a large 5-6 bedroom house i wanted then i would of got drawings but i only built a simple bungalow.

My father in law is a Master Architect with his own firm. He's not your best choice for simple common designs, however if your looking for something different and creative he would be your man. PM me any time
