Leaking Pool

This pool is leaking a foot every 4 hours. Any suggestions? Location: southern California, I have yet to see a Joshua Tree over here <_<

Hope someone sees what is used here and makes suggestions as to the trouble shooting and a solution.

For replacing parts, is there a Mercedes of brands to go for? I would not want a cycle of repairs as the Chinese made kitchen sink and hose used in our condo sucks. It is corroded and the hose broke due to UV light, not mechanical abuse.

Sorry, i never owned a pool before and need to get this one fixed while being in LOS. Someone might have some suggestions, as it is costly to say I have no clue, just fix it all Thanks, Chrispost-7704-044135200 1280543842_thumb.jpg

This looks to me like a plaster pool, common in Southern Cal. A foot every 4 hours is also very fast, a leak that fast would likely be in the piping system, and on the suction side rather than a discharge side leak. No telling though without more information. Many high quality international brands as well as US brands are available in that area - limited only by your budget. No need to with cheaper brands (Jacuuzi, Jandy, Astral, etc are all good).

If you want, send me your contact details and I can put you in touch with our US office - The Pool Doctors are based in Southern Cal - they have a number of offices in that location.

That was the problem with our pool. The elbows had cracked on the piping. Had to break out a bunch of concrete and tiles, dig a trench 50 meters to find all the leaks, etc. Here, cheap to repair. There....good luck...
