Hi,<br><br>part of the  criteria needed for immigraton to renew my marriage extension is a receipt from the tax department to say I am paying tax on the 40k, the first time i did this i worked for another company who were familiar with what was needed and what to do but the new company have not seen this before so is there an official name of what is needed from the tax department ,is is an actual receipt like if you paid for something that has the tax people stamp and its just for me or can it be for the whole company..<br><br>im confused as to actual what the immigration need to see from the tax department<br><br>Thanks in advance<br><br>

I believe it's called "bai seth P. N. D. 91" and you (or anyone else) can only get it by going on the http://www.rd.go.th website and

download and print it after filling in your tax i.d. number.

Staff at your company should be able to do this or if not, staff at the revenue office could help you if you ask nicely.

The girl at work phoned up the tax revenue department about the PND 91, they told her this for the cert for the whole year and not month by month but she said about PND1,, does anybody know about the PND1?

Por Ngor Dor 1 (PND.1) = Withheld taxes during the current year for employment.

Por Ngor Dor 91(PND.91)=Personal Income Tax Return for Taxpayer with Income from Employment from previous year. (Final tax previous year)

For extension based on marriage (not first time) you need both.
